Open a Maintenance Ticket

Infante Property Management has expert team members ready to address your repair needs.

The best way to begin a maintenance request is through your tenant portal. Once you login, find the Maintenance section in the right column, and click on the “Request Maintenance” button.

Your request will be entered into our maintenance queue. A IP team member will be in touch with more info about the completing the repair.

 

If you are unable to access your tenant portal, you may send an email to repairs@infanteproperty.com. Your message must include the following information:
Your name, property address, contact phone number, preferred contact method (phone, text, or email), and a detailed description of the maintenance issue.
